  • Date and time of access
  • Name and URL of the requested file
  • Browser type and browser version
  • Operating system
  • Referrer URL

This data is processed by our hosting provider Hostinger (UAB "Hostinger", Jonavos g. 60C, 44192 Kaunas, Lithuania). A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Hostinger. The servers are located within the EU. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in secure website operation).

2.2 Contact requests

If you contact us via contact form or email, the data you provide will be used solely to process your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual or contractual measures), provided the request is in a business context; otherwise Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries).

2.3 Newsletter signup and delivery (Brevo)

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we process your email address and technical proof/security data (for example: signup timestamp, language, signup source, IP address, user agent, and Turnstile verification token).

Signup is handled via double opt-in. After submitting the form, you receive a confirmation email. Only after confirmation will your subscription become active. This processing supports proof of valid consent.

We use Brevo (Brevo / Sendinblue SAS, 106 boulevard Haussmann, 75008 Paris, France) as our processor for newsletter delivery and contact management. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place.

The legal basis for newsletter processing is your consent under Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR. The legal basis for security measures (for example bot protection via Turnstile) is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation and abuse prevention).

3. Cookies and Tracking

This website does not use analytics or marketing cookies. For newsletter signup, we use technical protection mechanisms (Cloudflare Turnstile) to detect automated submissions.

4. Data Sharing

Personal data is only transferred to third parties:

  • if you have given consent,
  • if necessary for contract performance,
  • if there is a legal obligation,
  • if external service providers act under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

For the newsletter flow, we specifically use the following services: Cloudflare (Turnstile), n8n (workflow processing on our server), and Brevo (newsletter delivery and contact management). Where personal data is transferred to third countries, such transfers are based on the applicable legal requirements, in particular appropriate safeguards under Art. 44 et seq. GDPR.

5. Storage Duration

Personal data is stored only as long as required for the respective purpose or as long as statutory retention periods apply (in particular tax law retention periods of up to 10 years).

Newsletter data is stored until you withdraw consent or unsubscribe. After unsubscribing, your email address may be retained on a suppression list to prevent future mailings.
